My glue hardened in the bottle!

We’re sorry you’ve run into some trouble with the glue, but we’ll make a few suggestions below that should help to eliminate that in the future.  Straight from our glue vendor, they said most times when the glue is hardening/thickening, it’s from higher temperature, or higher humidity.

Our glue bottles were designed to breathe slightly once they’re opened and used for the first time.  When you’re done using it (even if you’re walking away for 10 minutes) it’s helpful to blow out the tip and wipe if off good before you put the cap back on. This will allow oxygen into the bottle and prevent the glue from trying to cure/harden. It’ll also keep from getting the cap stuck onto the bottle.

When you know the tip is clear from any obstructions, the best place to store it is in room temperature and upright.  Upright is a big part of that because if it’s on the side and the glue clogs the tip again, it will slowly try to cure/harden.

Our glue has an outstanding shelf life and typically it’s not overly sensitive where it needs to be handled with any extreme care, or any major extra steps, aside from the ones mentioned above.
